Welcome to VeBolt. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. VeBolt designs ready-made website templates and, when you order one, sets it up on your domain and hands it over to you as a live site.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18, or have a guardian's consent.
Ordering and payment
- Prices are shown on each template page and may change. The price at checkout is the full price of the order; GST is added at checkout.
- A 50% advance is due at checkout and confirms the order. Work starts once the advance is confirmed.
- The remaining 50% is due on delivery — when the site is live on the agreed domain and handed over to you.
- Domain registration we carry out on your behalf is billed at cost, confirmed with you beforehand, and is non-refundable once registered.
- Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Your content and domain
- You supply the text, images, logos and details for your site and confirm you have the right to use them.
- If you provide access to your domain or hosting, we use it only to set up your site.
- Delivery times depend on receiving your content; delays on your side extend the timeline but do not cancel the order.
Licenses
The delivered site is yours to use under the license shown on the template page — Personal, Commercial or Extended. In every case you may not redistribute or resell the template design itself, or present it as your own template.
Reviews
Only customers with an order can review a template. Reviews must be honest and about the template or the service; we remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or incentivised.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the platform, upload malware or unlawful content, infringe others' rights, scrape listings or circumvent license limits. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeBolt's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
